Cinderella

Here they will work on a full length performance of Cinderella, consisting of script work, singing and as in every fun panto there is always room for some musical theatre dancing - learn the techniques and steps that add the sparkle to the performance.The first half of the session will consist of rehearsal techniques while we spend the second half of the session putting together this wonderful panto as a performance. Craft session will complete the day as you make some themed memorabilia to take home with you.

Panto

Enjoy a Drama based Workshop where you will re-create favourite pantomime characters and perform your own version of these magical stories.Vocal and music skills – our enchanting session will involve characterising your voices and discovering how music special effects can enhance a character’s entrance. Our singing session will conclude with a sing along to our festive panto songs. Dance – In every fun panto there is always room for some musical theatre dancing - learn the techniques and steps that add the sparkle to the performance. Craft session will complete the morning as you make some themed memorabilia to take home with you.

Disney Princess 

Enjoy a Drama based Workshop where you will re-create all your favourite princess characters, invent your own enchanting fairy tales and make your dreams come. Add to the fun – come dressed up!! Vocal Sesson Sound the trumpets and prepare for the ultimate celebration of magic, music and dreams come true as you sing along to some of most of the memorable songs sung by the princesses in films. Dance session –  As a princess you will dance like Belle at the ball, swaying to the beautiful symphony or join the woodland animals in the enchanting forest like sleeping Beauty. Craft session will complete the morning as you make some great Disney Princess themed memorabilia to take home with you.

Pure Dance

Welcome to LEAP’s Pure Dance Workshop, we are running both a junior and senior session which will explore : ROCK BALLET, STREET DANCE, ACRO DANCE  DISCO DANCE. These less familiar dance styles are equally cool, hip and funky – if you enjoy dance, these sessions will allow you to display your talents, develop your skills and learn new techniques in LEAP’s own unique fun and exciting way! (as always, no previous dance experience is necessary – we are here to teach!)

Superhero!

Enjoy a Drama based Workshop where you will re-create all your favourite Superhero characters, invent your own extraordinary or superhuman powers and hidden identities whilst capturing a few evil criminals on your adventures! Add to the fun – come dressed up!! Stage fighting Pow! Take part in a starter stage combat lesson; learn how to pretend fight like you heroes in the movies! Tune in to your spider senses in our dramatic Dance session  – there are some fab theme tunes to boogie to and create your own dramatic dance routine – in super hero style. Craft session will complete the morning as you make some great superhero themed memorabilia to take home with you.

Spooky Halloween Workshop

Enjoy a Drama based workshop where we will re-create all your favourite creepy characters, invent your own chilling stories, and conjure up a few tricks too! Join in our spine-tingling singing / vocal skills session where we will characterise your cackles, shrieks and howls. Street and jazz dance will include - boogying like a banshee, grooving to the Time-Warp and letting Frankenstein stomp his stuff! Wicked Musical Theatre will feature hits from The West End as skeletons shimmy, witches wiggle and phantoms parade to haunting hits. To complete the day there is a special effects make-up session, so parents beware as you won't recognize your own gremlin! Each student leaves with a trick or treat bag to celebrate the day. 

Shakespeare Drama Workshop 

Sample the works of the world's most famous playwright in a fun and inventive way!!
Enter a world of magical characters and mysterious adventures in a workshop designed to introduce and encourage children of all ages and abilities to the work of the Bard. 
This fun filled practical workshop will explore his most famous plays and challenge the notion that Shakespeare is neither boring nor confusing….So come and recreate the world of kings and rebels, sorcerers and witches, fairies and warriors with an introduction to the life and times of a playwright who is equally relevant today. 

Disney Spectacular

Introduction into the history of Disney, Drama classes designed around you favourite Disney characters including script work, character building and improvisation techniques. Song and dance classes - learn the numbers you see in the Disney West End Shows. You may come along dressed as your favourite characters and will receive a Disney goodie bag at the end of the day. 

Popstar Fever

Will you be the next X Factor judge? What is it like to be a famous Pop Star? How hard do stars have to work? What kind of life did you lead before you were famous? You will discover the answers in the Drama based talent class, where you will become stars! Street dance classes - dance like your idols! At the end of the day you will have the opportunity to work as a soloist, duo, trio or pop group and perform in our very own talent contest - where prizes may be awarded!

Danceoff!

We are delighted to announce a two day dance workshop featuring ROCK BALLET, STREET DANCE, DISCO, MUSICAL THEATRE, ACRO DANCE and JAZZ TAP. Please note that no previous dance experience is necessary, just a focus to have fun and learn more about these styles. However, for those who already enjoy dance, these sessions will allow you to display your talents, develop your skills and learn new techniques in less familiar dance forms.

Hannah Montana

Enjoy a Drama based Workshop where you will re-create moments from your favourite  Hannah Montana TV show.
Vocal skills - our singing session will have your rock voices tested, as you sing a-long to some of her favourite hits.
Modern Dance Session will include: routines from Hannah's  most popular cool songs and not forgetting the "Hoedown Throwtown" from her latest released film. 
Craft session will complete the morning as you make your own glitter gel and edible microphones to take home and enjoy.

Pirate

Enjoy a Drama based Workshop where you will re-create all your favourite pirate characters, invent your own shocking scandals while sending a few evil folks to walk the plank.  Add to the fun - come dressed up!!
Vocal skills - Shiver me timbers! Our singing session will have you singing along to the best know Pirates of the Caribbean theme tunes - Yo Ho Yo Ho and songs from The Muppets Treasure Island animated film.
Dance the Hempen Jig - There will be no hanging but there will be dancing - oh yes me hearties pirates know how to jig too!
Craft session will complete the morning as you make some great pirate themed memorabilia to take home with you.

Western

Enjoy a Drama based Workshop where you will re-create all your favourite Western characters, invent your own heroic stories while jailing a few bad guys on the way.  Add to the fun - come dressed up!!
Vocal skills - our singing session will have your western accents tested, as you sing a-long to some good old barn knees up songs.
Knees up barn dancing will include: a introduction to good old line dancing.
Craft session will complete the morning as you make your own wanted posters and Sheriff badges. 

Wizard of Oz

Enjoy a Drama based Workshop where you will re-create all your favourite OZ characters, devise your own magical versions of the play and 'conjure' up a few spells too!  
Vocal skills - our singing session will have you characterise your cackles, roars and munchkin voices over the rainbow! 
Stage dance will include: floperty-flop to the scarecrow beat, prance and dance down the yellow brick road.
A mask making session will add a creative process to this theatre based workshop - so watch out parents! you may not recognise your little Munchkin.....
